Abdul Majeed


The current article presents a literature review on the correlation between transformational leadership personality traits and creativity. Besides, lack of creativity, especially in developing countries, has been highlighted. Reviewing the past literature produced mixed findings regarding the relationship between transformational leadership, personality, and creativity. Future research is suggested at the end after conclusion.
