The Determinants of Small Firm Performance in Surgical Instruments Manufacturing Sector of Pakistan

Abstract


The core aim of this study is to evaluate the  validity and reliability of a few sample data on some determinants of small firm performance in surgical instruments manufacturing sector of Pakistan.  For this purpose, the survey approach was used and gathered 30 usable questionnaires from the small firms of surgical sector of Pakistan. Then, by using SPSS v22 the data was analyzed and establishing on the specialist opinion the validity and reliability of the instruments were determined. Finally, the results clearly indicate the reliability of the measuring instruments and highlights the evidence of validity.
