A Study on Employee Grievances
The study reveals that the Grievance handling mechanism is satisfactory. The organization is recognizing the importance of satisfying the employees and retaining them. Furtherimprovements can be made so that all members are highlysatisfied with the procedure. The suggestions andrecommendations when implemented will still more benefit the organization.Grievance procedure is a formal communication between an employee and the management designed for the settlement of a grievance. The grievance procedures differ from organization to organization.
