Eligibility versus Entrance Test
The paper mainly focuses on the assessment and critical analysis of new pattern of UGC-NET test. The investigator has tried to compare the result of last four years (10 tests). The investigator found that there was an unprecedented increase in the number of NET qualified individuals just after the introduction of complete objective mode test i.e. June 2012 onwards. The present system of Eligibility test is full of flaws and hence not appropriate to assess one’s ability for the appointment on the post of lecture.
