The aim of the present study was considering the impact of active stretching exercises  on boy students guidance school given to rounded shoulders. Therefore the number of 28boys from section lodab schools participated in this research. In order to collect data was used the stature structure questionnaire. This questionnaire has 9 questions has specified the kind of the structure of stature the special status of the round shoulder and puts the experimental measurement  the amount of their round shoulder posture in two  control and experimental groups. The data was analyzed with the correlated statistical T-test at significance level 5%. Analysis of the data showed that the extent of measurement of the angle of the head forward and moving shoulder forward on the round shoulder given significantly decreased 13% and 37 in the experimental group and total of scapula distance significantly increased 2 %) P=0/001) but in the control group was not seen significant differences (p = 0/39)as well as measuring the Middle trapezoid muscle,  lower and anterior trapezoid in experimental group significantly showed increasing 13,15 and 22 (p = 0/010), but in the control group was not seen significant differences (p = 0/90). The results of this study showed that 8 weeks active stretching exercises was caused  to significant increase in amplitude motion and reduce the angle of rounded shoulders in boys. Also, the findings showed that stretching exercises  put impact on the rate of decrease of rounded shoulder. Considering this in this research was observed a positive effect of active stretching exercise without interfering of the other remedies in round shoulder disorders, can enjoyed of this exercise program in addition to the other usual treatments and was caused to increase and accelerate the healing process people given to round shoulder disorder
